IARII offers the following kinds of research and scientific
investigative services, which are designed to meet various federal, state,
and local government historic preservation compliance requirements. Some
of these services are also appropriate for landowners and developers wishing
to anticipate possible historic preservation constraints or needs on properties
planned for development, or for lands that may be under consideration for
either purchase or sale. Various types of services related to public education
